These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FixioMoto mobile application (the "Application"), developed by Omar Haddia / OmarDevSolutions ("Service Provider"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
The Application allows users to submit images and motorcycle details to receive motorcycle analysis and mechanical advice via an AI-based chat feature, use a camera scanner, and access a history of motorcycle inspections.
You must be at least 9 years old to use the Application.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes.
The Application does not automatically collect personal information.
You may voluntarily provide personal information (such as email) when contacting support. This information is used solely to respond to your support request.
You may submit motorcycle make, model, year, fuel type, and photos for analysis.
Motorcycle data and images are processed in real-time and not stored permanently.
Your data is never sold or shared, except as required by law or with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality.
Reasonable measures are taken to protect data during transmission and processing. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
The Application is not intended for children under 9 years.
If you believe your child has submitted data, contact: genioweb.es@gmail.com
You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.
FixioMoto may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
FixioMoto is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Application.
The Application's AI-based suggestions do not replace professional mechanical inspection.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
FixioMoto may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
